| | CUPE 9112 members visited the Delta Ottawa City Centre for the 2015 Ontario Municipal Employees Coordinating Committee conference: “Building our Bargaining Strength.” Informative workshops and a lively conference floor kept delegates engaged with a common message - municipal CUPE locals need to work together!! Through mobilizing members and creating networks to share information we can fight off attacks to our collective agreements and threats of privatization. Coordinated bargaining strategies and Stand Up for Fairness campaigns across Ontario are imperative in successful bargaining. |
